Academic Integrity
and Ethical Tutoring Policy (TTHO)
Our principle: TTHO supports learning. We do not complete
graded work on behalf of students.
What we can do
- Explain concepts, methods, and problem-solving steps.
- Help you understand assignment instructions and rubrics.
- Practice with similar questions that are not your graded assessment.
- Review your draft and give feedback on structure, clarity, logic, and referencing.
- Teach citation, paraphrasing, and how to avoid plagiarism.
What we cannot do
- Write, rewrite, or complete any graded assignment, report, reflection, project, presentation, discussion post, or code for submission.
- Provide answers to quizzes, tests,
midterms, finals, or take-home exams where independent work is required.
- Edit your work in a way that becomes
authorship (substantial rewriting or producing a “submit-ready” version).
- Impersonate you, access your university
systems, or communicate with instructors on your behalf.
- Create fabricated data, references,
citations, or sources.
Tutor Professional Conduct and Ethics Policy
Tutors are expected to:
- Maintain respectful, professional communication.
- Keep clear boundaries (no coercion, no
inappropriate relationships).
- Avoid conflicts of interest and treat
learners fairly.
- Follow academic integrity rules strictly.
- Provide honest guidance (no guaranteed grades, no misleading claims)
Learners Conduct and Ethics Policy
Learners are expected to:
- Be respectful in language and behavior.
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, threats,
or hate speech.
- Avoid sharing illegal content or requesting prohibited support.
- Follow tutor instructions during sessions.

Data Privacy and Protection Policy
TTHO collects only what is needed to deliver services (for example: name, contact details, course info, booking and payment data, session notes.
We commit to:
- Using your data only for tutoring
operations, support, and quality improvement.
- Restricting access to authorized
staff/tutors only.
- Not selling your personal data.

You have the right to:
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your data (subject to legal and operational requirements).
Tutoring Session Recording
- Sessions are not recorded by default.
- If recording is needed (for
training/quality or student review), we will request explicit consent in
advance.
- Recordings, if any, are stored securely and retained only for a defined period.
- Students may not record or distribute sessions without written permission
