Professional academic policy and online tutoring support setting
Academic Integrity

Our Policies

We are committed to ethical tutoring, academic integrity, student privacy, and professional conduct. TTHO supports learning and does not complete graded work on behalf of students.

Policy Framework

Clear boundaries for ethical tutoring.

Our policies are designed to protect students, tutors, academic institutions, and the integrity of learning. They explain what TTHO can support, what we cannot do, and how we handle conduct, privacy, and session recording.

Our Principle

Learning support, not academic substitution.

TTHO supports learning. We do not complete graded work, exams, projects, reports, presentations, discussion posts, or code on behalf of students.

What We Can Do

We help students understand, practice, improve, and prepare ethically.

  • Explain concepts, methods, and problem-solving steps.
  • Help students understand assignment instructions and rubrics.
  • Practice with similar questions that are not graded assessments.
  • Review drafts and give feedback on structure, clarity, logic, and referencing.
  • Teach citation, paraphrasing, and how to avoid plagiarism.

What We Cannot Do

We do not replace the student’s own academic responsibility.

  • Write, rewrite, or complete graded work for submission.
  • Provide answers to quizzes, tests, midterms, finals, or take-home exams.
  • Edit work in a way that becomes authorship or a submit-ready version.
  • Access university systems or communicate with instructors on behalf of students.
  • Create fabricated data, references, citations, or sources.

Professional Conduct

Our tutoring environment must remain respectful, safe, and fair.

  • Tutors maintain professional communication and clear boundaries.
  • Tutors avoid conflicts of interest and misleading claims.
  • Students are expected to communicate respectfully during sessions.
  • Students must avoid harassment, threats, hate speech, or prohibited requests.

Privacy and Data Protection

We collect only the information needed to deliver tutoring and support services.

  • Student data is used for tutoring operations, support, and quality improvement.
  • Access is restricted to authorized staff and tutors only.
  • Personal data is not sold.
  • Students may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Session Recording

Sessions are not recorded by default. If recording is needed, explicit consent is requested in advance.

Ethical Tutoring

Our role is to explain, guide, review, and help students practice. The student remains responsible for submitted work.

Student Protection

Policies help ensure respectful communication, privacy, professional boundaries, and transparent academic support.
